Standard Shipping is $7.99, and it's free on orders of $80 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico) or international addresses.

Every canvas is made to order. Production and shipping take 5–10 business days.

We can't split one order across several addresses. Please place a separate order for each address.

We ship to PO Boxes, but we're unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

At the moment we only offer Standard Shipping.

Add the products to your cart, go to checkout and enter the code in the discount field. One promo code can be used per order, and codes can't be added after an order is placed.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed on a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout.

On the product page, fill in the personalization box (names, dates or a short message) and upload your photo if the design has a photo slot, then add to cart. Your details are saved with your order.

Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo (the original from your phone is best). Screenshots and heavily compressed images may print blurry.

We print exactly what you enter, so please double-check spelling, names and dates before placing your order.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to update after it's created.

Check around your delivery location and mailbox, then contact the local carrier using the tracking link. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help.

Once we confirm your refund or replacement by email, we process it within 7 business days. Replacements ship with a new tracking number; refunds usually reach your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Because every canvas is made to order, you can change or cancel within 6 hours of ordering by contacting us. After that, your order goes into production and can't be changed.

Personalized items can't be exchanged. If there's a problem with your canvas, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
