      3. Incorrect or mismatched size.

      1. Request a refund/replacement after 30 days of product delivery
      2. Pick a wrong size, address, custom information, etc.
      3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
      4. Items that has been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer’s handling
      5. Personal reasons due to personal tase, change of mind, etc.
      6. Product purchase during a sale or any promotion
