30 Days Return/Replacement Policy 

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the receive item.

1. Item received is defective/damaged/broken/ does not work properly.
2. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
3. Incorrect or mismatched size.
4. Lost/missing items

No Refund & Replacement

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 Days Refund & Replacement Policy.

1. Request a refund/replacement after 30 days of product delivery
2. Pick a wrong size, address, custom information, etc.
3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
4. Items that has been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer’s handling
5. Personal reasons due to personal tase, change of mind, etc.
6. Product purchase during a sale or any promotion

Refund and Replacement Service Procedure

• Step 2: Request Refund/Replacement details with photos of the item you received and the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label to best assit you.
• Step 3: Get a Refund or Replacement after we received your ticket.
