- Request a refund/replacement after 30 days of product delivery
- Pick a wrong size, address, custom information, etc.
- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
- Items that has been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer’s handling
- Personal reasons due to personal tase, change of mind, etc.
- Product purchase during a sale or any promotion
